Highest ever dividend paid by NBCC & HSCL combined to Govt. of India
Rashtratak , New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna CPSE and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a Miniratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), paid dividend of Rs 77 crore (Rs 70 crore appx. by NBCC and Rs 7 crore appx. by HSCL) to the Government of India (GOI) for FY 2023-24 on October 30, 2024. This is the highest ever dividend paid to Government of India by these two companies.
The dividend cheque(s) were handed over to Shri Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) & Minister of Power; by Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC and Chairman, HSCL in the august presence of Shri Srinivas Katikithala, Secretary (MoHUA).
Shri Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), Shri Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), Shri Ravi Kumar Arora, Government Nominee Director, NBCC and Jt. Secretary, MoHUA along with senior officials of NBCC and HSCL, graced the occasion.
